Baird was named one of the 2023 Best Workplaces for Parents^TM by Great Place to Work^®. This is the fourth time Baird has been named to the list.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Parents, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 612,000 parents who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and employ at least 50 parents. In the Great Place to Work survey, 96% of Baird’s employees said Baird is a great place to work. This number is 57% higher than the average U.S. company.

The Best Workplaces for Parents is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. In 2023, Baird was also ranked as a Best Workplace for Women, Millennials, for Finance & Insurance employers and on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For^®.
