Baird Adds The Berg Group to Dallas Wealth Management Office
Dallas, TX – Oct. 26, 2023 – Today, Baird, an employee-owned, international wealth management, asset management, investment banking/capital markets and private equity firm, announced that The Berg Group has joined the firm’s wealth management office in Dallas, Texas.
The Berg Group comes to Baird from Carter Financial Management. Team members include Joel Berg who joins Baird as a Director and Financial Advisor and Robert (Bob) Berg, who joins as a Vice President and Consultant. They will be supported by Client Assistant Lisa Maier. The team oversees $160 million in client assets.
Joel Berg brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to Baird and holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. He graduated from Aurora University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He enjoys volunteering in the community, serving as the treasurer for the Assistance Center of Collin County and as the corporate sponsorship director of the Dallas/Fort -Worth Financial Planning Association.
Bob Berg brings over three decades of industry experience to Baird and a holds a Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) designation. He graduated from Northland College with a degree in business administration. He lives in the Plano area with his wife Nancy, where he is active in local civic and professional organizations.
